J) Unilateral Gigantomastia/Macromastia...is where one breast is larger than the other. Usually brought on by injuries, or genetics.

O) Polymastia Quad- comes on due to genetics and the tube that makes up the breasts during pregnancy and developement doesn't place itself properly or is too long. So someone may have a fully functioning second set of breasts underneath the first.

P) Polymastia Tri-comes when the the tube that makes up the breasts during pregnancy and developement doesn't seperate or divide properly. So a fully functioning third breast may grow in between the original two. [This particular medical rarity has been made popular by sci-fi shows like Total Recall and Sci-Fi's Enterprise series (aka the joke of boomer women having three breasts and "having seen it first, second, and third hand."]

S) Macromastia

T) Gigantomastia are relatively popular with some artists here on DA, although to be honest these two types are the most discomforting and can kill the woman who is effected by it.
