Breast Implant Crack OFFS

I got annoyed after seeing this particular magazine keep showing up in stores around town, about some Hollywood nut job who went from an A-cup to an F-cup. So I decided to crack at them at their expense. I couldn't resist the Jaws crack off.

The last line is about the person's punch line she wanted to be like Barbie...no kidding...can you say screws loose?
